I recently had the pleasure of working with Sushi Chef Mike Friderich and he is an absolute master of his craft. His flexibility, inventiveness, and ability to create the most amazing sushi dishes are simply unmatched.

Recently, I hosted a dinner party for a group of 14 guests and decided to go with a last minute sushi and hibachi menu. Chef Mike was instrumental in helping me come up with the perfect menu that would satisfy each of my guests' individual palates.

Throughout the event, Chef Mike was a real lifesaver, as he was able to solve any issues that came up on the spot, leaving me with absolutely nothing to stress about. From sushi rolls to sashimi, each dish was crafted to perfection and tasted absolutely divine. I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing an event catered by Chef Michael, and I can say it was an unforgettable experience. Michael is not only incredibly talented but also one of the kindest and most humble chefs I’ve ever met. Every dish he prepared was a masterpiece, but the sushi truly stole the show. Each piece was meticulously crafted, with fish so fresh it practically melted in your mouth. The balance of flavors—delicate yet rich—was simply perfection, from the buttery texture of the tuna to the slight sweetness of the salmon, all paired with perfectly seasoned rice.

The Poke chips were crispy and bursting with flavor, and the scallops were divine—prepared to absolute perfection, tender and full of subtle, savory notes. My guests were equally impressed, marveling at the quality, presentation, and attention to detail in each dish.

I was fortunate enough to find Chef Michael a couple years ago when I ordered my first sushi platters. Right away I knew Chef Michael was not just an awesome Chef but an awesome dude also! Since then I've ordered several platters and each time they have been absolutely fantastic. Recently I caught a beautiful 200lb BFT and reached out to Chef Michael to see about doing a catered event for our extended family. Chefs Michael and Taylor arrived at out house and proceeded to turn our kitchen area into a culinary masterpiece! We were all just blown away with their creativity, presentation and the diversity of flavors they provided us! The whole event greatly exceeded expectations!!
