I ordered a ceiling fan on 3/12/2025 with a down rod and remote. I sent an email to Deanna after two weeks inquiring about the status with no reply. After that, I tried calling repeatedly to check on the order status and it goes to voice mail. So, we are approaching a month since the order was placed, and nothing! I should have just gone to Home Depot or Menards. This is ridiculous. AVOID! The owners don't reply to Google reviews so I have nothing to worry about. Still...
