I went the Sunday before Christmas and had a new set of acrylics nails put on with gel polish. By Christmas Day the polish was coming off on 3 nails and my thumb nail was lifting. I went back in and ask for the owner to do my nails but another girl had to do them instead. She slopped some nail glue in the thumb nail that was lifting and painted over the lifting/peeling polish. She also got nail polish on my skin in several spots. When she was finished I stated I won’t be back. The owner than came over and said she would fix it. She did put a new thumb nail on and take off the polish the other girl did. She also did another coat of polish on top of the other nails. She was very nice and apologetic. But within a few days the polish was peeling again. I have had acrylic nails with gel nail polish for years and have never had this problem. All I can say is they are using poor quality products. let me start of by saying that i have never gone to this nail salon and not been happy with the results. the team at this establishment does a fantastic job. however, every time i go to this establishment the staff is extremely unfriendly and the prices are not consistent. a month or so ago, i got a set put on my nails for $50. nothing but the nails and 1 solid color. 2 weeks later, i got a fill. usually costs much less than the initial set, but for some reason the girl who worked with me charged me $45. i thought it was a bit much but i just paid it PLUS left a good tip she did such a good job. yesterday i went to get another fill and had the same girl as i did before. i didn’t have her trim my nails down or anything, just a fill and new color. every time i tried to talk with her she straight up ignored me AND charged me $50 for A FILL! i don’t appreciate being ripped off because someone is in a bad mood. i am a good customer and tip well! i will be taking my business elsewhere and if you are reading this, i...

I called to make an appointment for my Nails 💅 and I told them if they could take me in 20min, they said yes. I got there and some guy asked if he could help me.i responded to him i had an appointment for my Nails this guy rudely said to me speak up.i responded again I have an appointment for my Nails,this guy had ear buds in his ears ,how can he hear what am saying when he has ear buds in his ears, then he said ok check in."
