Worst place I have ever been. They obviously know cars but they had very little knowledge about my C7 corvette. I added a procharger and they kept telling me it was starving for fuel. They sold me a fuel kit, then said that wasn't enough and I needed to jump from my LT1 injectors to LT4 injectors and an Lt4 fuel pump. I again, paid the money and bought more parts. They did the first pull and it was 13 pounds of boost on a stock motor. I asked them 3 different times about that being way too much boost for a stock motor. They told me "that's the difference between a professional tuner and someone that just does it on the side. If we get the mixture right it will be fine." Well they were wrong! They blew my motor and then literally told me most tuners would just tell the customer to get bent! They said they would try to help me though, as long as I pay them $4,800 to fix the rings, rods and crank seal they blew. I called around and other tuners, including procharger told me they were absolutely in the wrong and all they did was build a bomb. They should not have gone over 9 pounds of boost, max! I went ahead and had them add the E85 sensor because they told me it would make the car run cooler. Then after they charged me to fix their mistake they told me they didnt convert it to E85 because they would of had to change the cam. First question is why didnt they know that in the first place. Second is why didnt they call me and ask if I wanted to do that since they already charged me for the sensor? I suspect the reason is they already built the motor and put i back in and then someone told them it wouldnt work without a cam swap. They literally had no idea what they were doing. Every time I went in they were telling me it needed something else or there was some other issue. Even after I got the car back it was blowing oil all over the motor because it still had too much pressure building up. I had to take them to court to get some of my money back. They lied in court and fortunately I had our conversations on audio recording and I had a witness. I would NEVER trust...

Sad that this post has to be redone. I've had my rig to them on 3 different occasions. They have tuned my vehicle and retuned it. I still had backfire issues, and the drivability is horrible. I didn't bother going to them again. Found a tuner in Texas, he had to literally dismantle the JP tune, and build a new one. I don't believe they maintain their Dyno machine because they gave me some very unreal results. I was told my vehicle made 639whp from a supercharger that can't make that kind of HP. Had another local tuner do 3 pulls on it with the best run being 445whp Which is closer to what my unit can make. I also found out that they charged me $500 for a upgraded fuel pump, that was replaced with another stock pump. 😳 I know this because it actually did get replaced with an upgrade while being tuned in Texas. Well, $2700 later and my truck was still running like Crap!! The tuner in Texas said it looked like they just made a tune up for my vehicle. Nothing was done the way it should have been. I was shown file after file of completed comparable tunes. The tune by JP wasn't even vaguely close to what the files should have looked like. Glad I didn't go back to them a 4th time. Now that it's been to Texas and, properly tuned i can see a HUGE difference in the performance. If you have another option available I suggest you go in that direction. Took my vehicle in there after a cam swap to have it tuned. They did a really good job with the tune on top end. The idle was not what I was wanting so I called back a few days later and asked if they could work on the idle a little more. The guy that took the call stated he forgot to tell the one that tuned it that I wanted more of a choppy idle and said he would talk with the tuner and see when we could get it back in. Never got a call back so I came in the shop in person. He came back out after talking with I guess JP and said everything they could do was already done. My vehicle is not a drag car or anything like that and it kinda seems they just didn't want to mess with it. For 500 bucks I would like for someone to at least try to make it right.
