I was looking to purchase flowers for my grandmother's memorial service and immediately when I got on the phone the lady was crass and rude. I told her what I needed... pretty simple 12 yellow roses and 2 bundles of baby's breath I was going on to explain I also needed an arrangement but was cut off and told that I would be better off going to Sam's because they don't sell individual bundles of baby's breath. I didn't even bother saying anything further just that other florists do and I would be going to them. Shame they just lost business I am getting married next spring but I definitely will not...
