Update I’m changing my review because somethings have happened since I left this review over a year ago.

What they don’t tell you is that every 10 weeks they are going to up your dosage so it’s no longer $225 for 10 weeks plus you have to pay for shipping. But this really isn’t my concern. I have personally referred several people here. One of my close friends ask a question on social media and they blocked her. She asked me to ask why on their Facebook page so I tagged my friend even though she couldn’t see it and ask them why they are blocking patients? Well they blocked me too. It very strange to me that they would want to block customers who pay cash for their weight loss program? What else are they hiding??? I spent 8 months on semaglutide it was working but then I had to stop for a couple of months because I was paying out of pocket. When I went to back I had to start at the lowest dose again which didn’t work like it before. I understand I was off the meds and needed to start over at lower dose but it just seemed more like I was injecting water it just didn’t work the 2nd time around so these are all red flags to me. Just seems like they care more about profits than their patients anything to keep the money flowing. Why else would they block patients on...

When I originally signed up for the consultation, the nurse practitioner only took 5 to 10 minutes for the phone conceltation and was late to the appointment. I explained that I wanted to purchase a 3 month supply of GLP1 so that I could have the medication available for the entire 3 months. Once the medication arrived at my home, I noticed that the expiration date for the 3 months of medication was within 2 months of receiving the medication. When I explain this to the nurse practitioner, she told me that I needed to take it up with the pharmacist.I reached after the pharmacist and it seems that when they compound the medication it's only good for 2 months not 3. There should not be an option to purchase a 3 month supply if the medication expires before the end of the three months. The pharmacy did send me a second bottle and when I received it, the ice packs were not even cold. They shipped it over a weekend so that the ice packs melted.And I don't know how long the medication was not refrigerated. And again , this second bottle that I received within three days of complaining about the expiration date arrived and it too would expire in less than two months of me receiving the. So note to self.... don't purchase a three month supply because it will expire before the three month...
