My first time buying items from BIDfta, so also my first time picking up. They were relatively busy, so when I walked in they immediately said said, "Hey you can't have that in here". Confused I said have what? She said, "your purse" you have to take that out of here. Thats fine. I understand the reason for it. Employees should probably be educated on how to appropriately communicate that in a friendly fashion. I approached the same lady when re entering and said, "I haven't been here before what do I do". She said can you pull up your app, I did and she took the phone and started clicking things instead of telling me and allowing me to do it. I tried to pay attention as best I could. She said everything pretty quickly and was rushing so I really had no idea where to find the items. I just walked away and thought whatever, I will figure it out. Took me a little bit to get the hang of it. I did figure it out and will be very easy next time I pick up items. I am unaware if there is a place on the app to explain how it works when you arrive and how to find your items. If it doesn't exist, then it should. My "good condition items" are all fine. My "as is" all have small defects. Over all I liked my experience and will continue to look online for items I need. The lady that checked me out was very nice, patient and took her time showing me where to go in the app to check out the items. Side note. I didn't realize all the boxes would be so dusty/dirty. I do know now to wear old clothes when getting large items. There also is no help loading large/heavy items so bring...

The recall, announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in 2005, stated that a remedy was no longer available, and the product should be disabled and discarded. The recall was due to the potential for welds to rupture, causing hot oil to spill and...
Read moreVery organized and generally a good experience. Long lines but pretty fast. Most frustrating issue is lack of flat carts even when warehouse isn’t busy. Also, few employees to just ask basic questions. However, when you get the opportunity, they are, without fail, so polite and professional! The employees I would give 5 stars. There just needs to be a person roaming specifically to help find items and answer...
