North Dixie Hardware — Local services in Vandalia

Just left ace I've chose 2 shop there for years. I'm in there at least once r twice a week. Im a decorator and I'm always busy tearing something apart and rebuilding it. Stopped in this time 2 grab drill bits and paint. I cant wear mask its never been a issue. I was in a couple of days ago with no mask. Today I walk in no mask. A lady steps in front of me ( who is a store employee)....and demands I put a mask on. I said I cant wear a mask. I explained to her my situation . Have very good stock and knowledgeable staff. If someone doesn't know the answer, instead of faking it like some of the big box stores, they refer you to another staff member who has good knowledge on a particular project. This is more like a hometown hardware store, that I typically much prefer then a home improvement center that often employ people that don't know much or anything about hardware. I wanted to let you know that Butch at the Do It Best Hardware on North Dixie Drive in Vandalia, Ohio was very rude and inconsiderate to my wife and I on April 2nd 2015. We went in the store to purchase various items at 7:45. At around 7:50, I ask if he would be able to make a cut on a threaded screw.
