Just finished purchasing a recliner from Downs. We purchased our mattresses there last year. Friendly and great service. The sales staff are helpful and do not pressure you at all.

2022.04.27 Update Since we purchased the recliner we have had to replace the Refrigerator, Microwave oven and dishwasher in the house we bought (all appliances over 20 years old). We purchased all from Downs and are very happy. We did not get top of the line but what we could afford at the time. The install service was great. We just had an issue with the dishwasher not staying fixed in place when the tray was pulled out and loaded. They came right out, replaced the defective bracket and we are good to go.. I'm not sure if this company just picks and chooses who's worthy of their business but they're not helpful AT ALL. I've emailed them twice in 3 days, and called 3 times speaking to the same woman each time. All I wanted was the pricing on 4 sectionals, I made that call at 10 am and she said she would get back to me. It is now the next day and I never recieved a call. Really bad business manners. Would be more convenient if your prices were online since noone likes to reply...
