I was fortunate the first person I introduced myself to was fully fluent in English. His name, Daniel. Daniel was attentive, polite, professional. He listened to me. Reviewed documents I provided. With that he proceeded. Over the course of the next 15/20 minutes we resolved, to my satisfaction, the matter at hand. I am grateful.
