I am finally free from Liberty after a year of constant headaches. I originally signed up at this store, and since then the list of problems I’ve faced could fill four review boxes. From billing issues, to not properly explaining services when I first signed up, to horrible customer service that left me no choice but to escalate my case with the Negociado de Telecomunicaciones before anything was done.
The final straw was the poor attitude I received from the store staff when I said I wanted to cancel my account. Instead of professionalism, I got dismissiveness.
