Café y Más — Restaurant in Vega Baja

First time visiting this café in my hometown, and it was lovely. The interior was beautiful, plenty of space with internet access for those who want to work. The food was amazing 👏🏽 and the iced coffee with caramel to die for ☕️✨️ The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because when we first arrived, we took a large table since they told us we could sit anywhere, and not too long after a big family came in and the lady taking orders came to one of the big tables and ask the 2 ladies in front of us (which they had paperwork, binders and laptops spread in that table) if they could move to a smaller table because of the big family that just came in. My husband and I chose to move instead since we didn't have a particular reason to have the big table for ourselves. But it's VERY disrespectful to up and tell customers (that are already seated) to move so they can seat someone...

When I first found out about this place I immediately fell for it. Plenty of tables and spacious. I am a full time student in medicine and I need a quiet place with good ambiance to study. I really love this place, usually they'll have wifi, sometimes it doesn't work. However, there's this one lady I'm not sure if she's like the boss or the manager but it seems like she always wants me out. She never show me warmth whenever I see her. She looks at me with disgust and prejudice. All the rest of the staff are friendly except for her. I don't like that the fact that she takes away my plate or coffee before I'm even finished with them. She does this constantly that it makes you think how she dsn't really want me to be there. Looked all over for breakfast coffee, found this place. We walk in and you feel tension. Ask for a hot chocolate w one of their tiny cups it took a meeting of three ladies to say no. I said can I buy a small cup my four yr old wants one to drink out of and why not it's fun. These ladies the three of them make it seem like I'm asking them to make Christmas dinner for me it was HORRIBLE!!! So I order coffee alone no food because my husband needs coffee and we leave.
