Grant Danosky (ew145989) I was introduced to owning a 1957 ford model 8oo about four years ago. I went to an auction with my father in law we found this 800 he bid on it and won. On the way home he said he bought it for me. i thought to myself what am I going to do with this thing. Now four years later i love it use every week end. Last month I restored his 1962 861 power master. He brought me this tractor and steiner tractor catalog. All parts for this tractor was ordered through stiener. The catalog info. was so helpful every part was correct and fit great. Thank you Stiener. Now I am restoring my 8oo . Just received my second box of parts packed great nothing broke or missing great job .Here is pic. of his tractor done. Other pic. is mine before I started to restore it. By the way at the auction we stole it for 900 dollars runs like a top.THANK YOU again great comp. I am sure you will hear from me again soon. I will send pic. when I am done with the 800! Love the cowtails and I now have two 99 cent hats! You guys rock!

1948 Ford 8N bought by my grandfather new. I have a picture of me sitting on the seat in 1957. I am a mechanic by trade so I threw up my hand for the rebuild. I was introduced to Lisa and she was just great to get me started with my order. A couple of technical questions and she slid me over to Marvin to help out. Another great guy! My parts arrived promptly to me up here in the backwoods of Maine. I am retired now but spent 50 years or so getting and even shipping auto parts all over the world, so I would like to pass on a big thumbs up to whoever in the shipping depth. U folks got it it down. All parts showed up as per invoice and the packaging was awesome - no damage at all and I even ordered a radiator! Thanks to all! Cheers alan

I've been in customer support and service my entire life as a worker. I won't talk about the quality parts they maintain, nor very quick fulfillment process (from picking to shipping) which is often trouble with other companies. I'm going to rate Steiner based on my customer experience, which, in my opinion, is paramount to any business. The online order process is easy enough, with a flaw only in the shopping system used which forces a "pick to basket" with continued shopping to default back to the top of the page...slightly annoying when trying to locate several parts and using the "view all" option instead of the default 24 per page option. Where Steiner shines for me, is the customer experience when something is wrong. On two multi-part orders that arrived about a week apart, one order was missing a part, and the other order had a part that was missing some bushings. I reached out via email from the invoice receipt received and let them know I was missing an item from the invoice. A short time later, I received a note back from Inesha who had a few questions. I responded by answering the questions when I was opening the other order and noticed the bushings missing from a different part. Also using the same email to inform her of the situation. She called to inquire, and after clearing up the second invoice info, took care of getting these items corrected...so much so that by the next day, the items arrived. But this isn't where it ends. I had questions about that second part that she couldn't answer, but did find a tech who could, I believe his name was Ben. A 30 second convo cleared up my concern and left me with a bit more knowledge going into my restoration project. Steiner, you are one of the good ones to do business with. I appreciate your staff, their attention to detail and knowledge of the parts you...

I have been buying parts for my 8N tractor from Steiner for 10 plus years. This will give you an idea of the quality Steiner carries in its name and its customer. I ordered a radiator from some company online and received the wrong one. By the time I got around to putting it on the tractor and realized it was the wrong unit, I had lost the paperwork as to where I bought it and research in the matter revealed nothing. Don't ask. In comes Steiner. I ordered a new radiator from Steiner, hoping it to be the proper unit that would fit in my 8N. It arrived. Double packaged to protect the unit, but it still received damage on the vanes in shipping. I called Steiner and spoke with Lisa, who asked me to send pictures of the damage and she stated how sorry they were the unit was damaged and another unit would be sent with a return label to send mine back. The second unit arrived and again; damage to the filler neck. Lisa and I spoke once again and she said she inspected this unit before sending it out. We discussed what i saw at my end of the shipping. She asked for pictures and again i did so. Another unit was sent out to me, this packing slip was signed " shipped by Zach". The unit arrived unharmed in shipping. If you read this to this point, you can see that my satisfaction was of utmost importance to Steiner. The staff of Lisa, Anne, and Zach were proficient in meeting my needs even as the unit were damaged in shipping and "our patience" was put to the test. I have worked in packaging in the military and in shipping on forklifts with major companies. I would not wish to be a package being shipped. I thank Steiner Tractor for their courtesy, customer service, correct parts, and their staff in supplying the proper radiator for my 8N. PS: &...
