Showse Park — Local services in Vermilion

My dad has lived in this neighborhood for decades and this park has been a staple. The lake views and sunsets from the parking lot are great. I used to practice golf in the big field as a kid and think about doing it sometimes again. They have baseball diamonds, tennis courts, pavilions, a park and an outhouse. It's a good place to just drive to and be at for a few hours. I could see there maybe being some Pokestops or Geocaches...

I love this place! anytime that I'm having anxiety or when my wife is feeling anxious we love to go to this place because it always calms us down. it's very quiet very peaceful beautiful overlook of the lake especially on days like today when the lake is frozen and you can just see nothing but Ice for miles.
