I actually give it 0 stars. First of all, my fiancé tried to pick up a package for me and they denied him bc everything was right accept for the last name. We live together....what would be the difference if he signed for it at home? And not only that, one of workers that was helping him, cussed him out. Saying f* you and threatened to call the cops all because my fiancé said its stupid that he couldn't pick up the package. So when I went myself to pick it up, the same guy that had an altercation with my fiancé started telling me about what happened. He kept going on and on even when I told him I didn't want to hear about it. So I got home and noticed that My package has been opened and re sealed!!! Nothing was missing thank goodness, however, customers should be able to trust this store with their packages. I called the mart to question but no one answered, even tho online it says they're open 24 hours. I called 5 times and I ended up leaving a voicemail. I will be contacting UPS also letting them know about the issue with my opened package. I am lost for words. I just hope that other customers don't have to deal with what I dealt with. Extremely overpriced. If you want to pay using a card, they charge you 0.25 cents. Manny, which it is also not his real name, is just a greedy dude. He has constant employee turn over. I live behind here and I actively try to avoid the place. So much so that I always go out of my way to not go here, thats how bad this place is. I could deal with the occasional high prices but when the 0.25 card fees were added I was like f this dude. There are two gas stations near by, one in each direction that are far better.
