Concentra Urgent Care — Local services in Vernon

The guy saw today at Concentra was great I have been going to Concentra for 7 months My doctor I thought was really great at the time I am 9 weeks out of carpal tunnel surgery my trigger finger has not been fixed nor the numbness in my middle finger with the tingling and feeling like it so swollen that I can even make a fist and knowing this it's on my reports they make you fill out every time you go in about how you feel and what your pain level is sent me back to work with restrictions of not lifting anything over 5 lb knowing that the light duty at my work cuz they really don't have any is data input and check imaging for 5 to 7 hours a day now my hand is hurting again and my arm is hurting again and I don't have a follow-up appointment until 2 more weeks so at this point I'm giving a 5 to the guy I saw for my drug test to return to work as far as the rest of it I'm giving it a 4 because I've already explained to these people a dozen times in 7 months that My work does not have light duty for people with carpal tunnel trigger finger and tendonitis because data inputting and check imaging are a constant use of the damaged hand and as the therapist made clear was not going to make it better it was going to make it worse and here I am having to do that if it keeps getting worse I'm going to end up having to go back to the clinic to be written out again because I haven't fixed my hand all the way and I've already been told that the left hand has to have the same surgery and needs to be fixed as well I don't see how you can send somebody back to do work that you know is going to damage the condition that they're being...

Visited on 1/15/21 Friday,arrived a little after 3pm(They close at 5)to avoid the rush, front desk lady(Older short hispanic lady), told me they close at 3 ,come back 1/18 Mon.? Ok,back Monday, arrived a little after 12, packed waiting area, currently been waiting 3hrs, I'm thinking was I the only one this receptionist told to come back Monday? Maybe, but with this wait time and the crowd,I think she had a early Friday in mind and the customer has to pay for it. ,but if this is the normal ,this place seriously needs to not have the Short lady at the front desk "In charge" , what company in their right mind would use a location that's as slow as this place , Really how valuable is your time to give,who really has hours to give this location ? They take 2/3/4 hrs of Your time that you could be using more productively. Shouldn't take Hours for a simple urine test, drugs test,or any kind of test , If you think a DMV is torture this Concentra will make you wish you were at the DMV,at least the DMV gives you an idea of the amount of your "Time" you're gonna loose. The management should be ashamed of the title Manager (assuming thares one) No way any management would be ok with the amount of "Time" a "Customer " Loses at this Concentra...

To start, the female in the front can give the stare of death.. No friendly greeting. She can seriously use an attitiude adjustment. I dont know if she's going through some personal issues but she probably should've stayed home today.. The man in the front was putting off that annoyed vibe. Like "why am i here". Customer service here severly lacks. Especially being a clinic working with ill patients. You would expect a smile or something. Even if your dealing with a difficult patient, do it with some care and compassion. Their mission, vision and values do not reflect and there's a huge poster on the wall with them. I didnt even want to come here but was instructed by my job. I should've read the reviews before coming. The negative reviews were accuate. Maybe the good reviews were accurate as well but i think they definetly pick and choose who they want to be friendly too. I've never written a review before so congratulations for being my first review. You've most definitely made an impression 👎 btw.
