We came in for a consult. My daughter has had her braces off for almost two years. In that time, two of her teeth shifted in a very unexpected way. We were sent to periodontists, cosmetic dentists, etc. Dr. Moore was our last stop, and we thought he would say that there was nothing to be done. After a long consult, he said he could help. I know it was something he doesn't see happen often. He was very confident in his recommendation on how to approach the problem, how to correct it, and he answered all of our questions. They even answered more of my questions when I called back a few days later. They were patient and understanding with us. They understood that we needed to think on the decision and the timing. When the consult took longer than what I expect is the norm, I offered to pay. They declined. Dr. Moore spent his time, gladly and without rushing, to help us. It was a very positive experience. I'm grateful to know that when the time is right, there is a way to fix the problem. They did not try to rush us into the decision. My oldest daughter just got her braces off today! Her smile is so beautiful now! We love Dr. Moore and his staff. They always took great care of her and explained everything throughout the process. He made sure her teeth and bite were PERFECT! I think perfectionism is a great trait for an orthodontist.

On the parent side- they made scheduling appointments easy and they were always on time. The cost was comparable and competitive to all the other orthodontists in our area and they offer great financing options for those who need it.

We have another child who will need braces in a year or so and he has been following her and evaluating her for free. We will DEFINITELY be using Dr. Moore for our second child too!...
