We called for a birthday & Older gentleman at the front desk said no outside food just cake, we got there with the cake and he said no outside food! He didn’t want to give us two lanes for the party until I talked him into it being that there’s was multiple people coming. He then approached the table just our table. When there had been people there way longer then us and told us how much money we already owed for bowling as if we could not afford it. I usually don’t go towards this kind of thing but I felt racially profiled and so did my family being we are Hispanic. It is a very sorry run bowling alley. We called two times a couple weeks before we wanted to have a birthday party for my daughter there to see about reserving two lanes this past Sunday. We were told to show up early and there would be lanes available. We showed up at 12:00 to book two lanes and they told us there were no lanes available because of league bowling. This is after they said there would be lanes open when we called two separate times. So we had to call all of her friends parents who were coming from out of town to the party and let them know the party was cancelled. We come here most every weekend and it is very affordable family fun on Sundays but the staff at the front counter are very rude. If you have a problem they act as if it's an inconvenience for them to do their job. However the 2 ladies at the deli counter and the blonde lady ( sorry I don't have names) in the bar area are VERY friendly and make our visits more enjoyable. Great job ladies!! I give 5 stars to the 3 ladies and I would give 1 star to the front desk only for the fact that they showed up for their job. Otherwise they get 0 stars.
