Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

We placed an online order. When we opened our subway bag to eat our food, the bread was broken and falling apart. The order was made incorrectly and ingredients we asked for were missing and ingredients we did not request were put on our subway sandwiches. We have been customers for many years at this location but something has changed lately. We use to feel very welcome here but not anymore. They are not near friendly as they use to be and the quality of the sandwiches has clearly been affected. It's not like we are getting our food for free, ya know. Every time we come here, there’s a problem, but they’re open later and I’m on night shift. They, apparently, don’t do their advertised meal deals (on the menu) and “make your footlong a wrap” means a 6-inch wrap with 6-inches of toppings, not a footlong wrap, don’t worry, it’s the same price as the footlong, so the minimum wage employees can still ask for tips instead of being paid well. Horrible just horrible I ordered food for me and it got cancelled and I didn't even get my food and now I have $20 just gone out of my account and then my mom was hungry to I tried to get her food and they cancelled her order too and didn't give me my $20 for that either. So in total I have $40 just gone out...
