My husband and I have bought furniture from Furniture Warehouse Direct on several different occasions and have used them to furnish practically our entire house! We were new homeowners just starting out with no furniture when we started going there and they have provided excellent customer service each time. In addition to that, their furniture is very high quality! They already have low prices and those prices go much lower during their holiday sales. They carry lots of major brand names and keep their website up-to-date with inventory and prices. We had an issue once- a chest we ordered did not close properly due to a mechanism being installed crooked when it was manufactured- and they promptly took it back and ordered us a new one without any hassle! Meh. Over priced for the quality. Salespeople didn't seem interested in helping customers. The store was congested and difficult to navigate. We won't be back.

Note to owner: No, I am NOT an employee of one of your competitors. I am a stay at home mom if it's any of your business. We were shopping for a bed for our tween son. We were taken out to the very back of the store and shown a pressboad, put it together yourself setup for $500. AFTER he moved other items off of it. It even had a broken door but the salesman said it was still $500. We found a similar bed at another store, same manufacturer, for almost half. No, I don't find your quality high end. At the last minute we found out we were having a family gathering and we needed a living room set bought and delivered in a couple of days. We weren’t able to go to the store to see what was in stock so I took a chance and took the salesperson at his word on quality and description. He was vey helpful and not at all pushy, and for our needs and price range he recommended Bentley furniture, which I purchased sight unseen and ask for delivery the following day. They arrived as scheduled, removed and hauled off the existing furniture (which was difficult to get out of the house), and setup the new.
