I went late Saturday afternoon. I had heard good things and the parking lot was packed so yeah, I went on in. A hostess told me I could place my to-go order at the window to me left. Ok. I go, look at menu and make my choice. Then I stand there. And stand there. And stand there some more. I'm watching five to six employees on the other side of the counter having a grand time. One is having a desert, one put a poncho on, one was playing keep away with a sombrero the one in the poncho wanted and everyone else was laughing. I've never been ignored by so many people at one time and I finally asked if anyone could take my order. The sombrero guy takes my order and walks away. Oh Lord. Excuse me! Can I pay? Crickets.
