A Flavorful Fiesta at Mi Tierra:
Taco Tuesday culinary journey led me to the vibrant and lively Mi Tierra restaurant, where i embarked on a delightful exploration of Mexican flavors.
The stars of this evening were the mouthwatering Quesabirria and the expertly crafted Handmade Margaritas and Painkillers.
Quesabirria Extravaganza:
Mi Tierra's Quesabirria is a true masterpiece, combining the rich and savory goodness of Birria with the crispy allure of a quesadilla. The tortilla is griddled to perfection, enveloping a generous portion of Birria, cheese, and a medley of flavorful toppings. The result is a symphony of textures and tastes that dance on your palate with every bite. The Quesabirria at Mi Tierra is undoubtedly a must-try for anyone seeking an authentic and satisfying Mexican culinary experience.
Handmade Margaritas:
As aficionados of well-crafted cocktails, we couldn't resist indulging in Mi Tierra's Handmade Margaritas. Expertly mixed and perfectly balanced, these margaritas showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. The freshness of the ingredients shone through, elevating the experience and adding a zesty kick to the end of work day. Whether you prefer yours on the rocks or blended, Mi Tierra's Handmade Margaritas are a testament to the artistry that goes into every drink.
Painkiller Magic:
To complement the meal, I also ordered the Painkiller, a tropical cocktail that transported me to Ixtapa Mexico beachside. The blend of rum, coconut, pineapple, and orange juices created a tropical symphony that was both refreshing and intoxicating. Sipping on the Painkiller at Mi Tierra felt like a mini vacation, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall dining experience.
Ambiance and Hospitality:
Beyond the culinary delights, Mi Tierra's vibrant and festive ambiance added to the enjoyment of the visit. The lively colors, custom decor, and warm hospitality of the staff created an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
In conclusion, the first time visit to Mi Tierra was a true fiesta for the senses. From the delectable Quesabirria to the Handmade Margaritas and Painkillers, each dish and drink showcased the dedication of the culinary team to delivering an authentic and memorable Mexican dining experience.

I go, look at menu and make my choice. Then I stand there. And stand there. And stand there some more. I'm watching five to six employees on the other side of the counter having a grand time. One is having a desert, one put a poncho on, one was playing keep away with a sombrero the one in the poncho wanted and everyone else was laughing. I've never been ignored by so many people at one time and I finally asked if anyone could take my order. The sombrero guy takes my order and walks away. Oh Lord. Excuse me! Can I pay? Crickets. Hello? Can I pay? Another employee comes from the floor and behind that counter. She asked what table I was trying to pay for. None. Just my to-go. Oh she says and tells all those other people, "hey, she wants to pay." And I stand there. Again. Some more. Finally, I just walked out and promised myself to never walk...
