I found Adolfo to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He went over and above the call of duty in delivering and installing my Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator. I highly recommend these guys...:). 7-30-18, So since this post, the washing machine had a broken bracket to the chassis which caused the machine to spin a little harder than normal and caused it to move around a little during the spin cycle. I asked why this was not detected prior to delivering the machine and I as told that the floors that they do the repair work on are rougher and it would not move like it did with my slick concrete floors. Which is understandable and not a big deal but it should be working perfectly. So I called Adolfo who sent a tech out to repair the problem, but it was something that could not be fixed on site, so they took the machine back to the shop where they could replace the broken part. They stood behind their product and went out of their way to work around my busy schedule to pick up and return the machine in perfect...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve recommended AA TV & Appliances on the app “Nextdoor, “ on a couple occasions. Good value, good service and a company that’s as good as their word is rare these days. Most of my family has benefited from this small business, whether it’s advice, a repair or purchase. Adolfo is knowledgeable, trustworthy and very honest. Since discovering his business, I’ve purchased a hard to find new fridge, a refurbished washer, a refurbished dryer and he gave us great deals. I’ve shared with friends too, especially since he stands behind his work and will do what it takes to make sure we’re pleased and satisfied. He’s a young guy with old-fashioned values of honesty...

I bought a dryer there and the timing not broke a few weeks after my 60-day warranty was up and by looking at the knob you can tell it was already weak I asked for them to repair it and to repair it is way more than it was to even buy it I felt like they gave me something they knew was still broke and I will never go back there again and I'm letting everybody know really check your merchandise before you take it home because once you get it home you're stuck with it lesson learned never again just buy it...
