Outrageous Family Activity Center — Local services in Victorville

Pretty unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism at Outrageous Family Activity Center. Took my daughter there for their "Rage Room" and upon arrival the location is dimly lit and unwelcoming but we had traveled over an hour to get there and wasn't going to turn back now. The guy working the front desk had to go set up the room, and did so by posting up a few glass bottles, pieces of drywall, and a thin door that we ended up breaking within the first 15 minutes of our 30 minute allowance. Pretty unsatisfactory but it is what it is I guess. The worst part is that not only did I pay $75 for this, I paid the additional $18 for the USB footage of my daughter and I breaking stuff in the Rage Room which would have been a cool souvenir if it actually had that footage on it. So after paying a total of $93 and getting home, I stuck the USB into my laptop only to see video of the front desk guy setting up the room... NO footage of my daughter and I in it at all. Tried calling back and nobody answered, so I left a message for them. A short while later I received a text message from someone named Bri, who I was assuming was the owner. She mentioned that I could go back and they can make me a new USB. I told her I had just driven over an hour to get there and an hour to get home and didn't live in the area, and if she could mail it to me? She agreed so I gave her my address and here we are now over a month later and I never received anything in my mail. I have texted back the number Bri text me from and I've gotten no response. I gave it plenty of time before deciding to leave this review. I will never visit this place again and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know not to give them their business. I went to this rage room recently and had reserved a 2 person smash and paint experience. The room was small with very limited items to smash, which I was able to look past, however, we were never given the paint during our experience in the room. It just wasn't even there. So I paid for a half of the experience that we didn't even receive. I asked about a partial refund afterwards and they attempted to not give me one, instead wanting to give me a voucher for that part of the experience. However, we have no plans to return anytime soon. Eventually the manager agreed to the refund. They still have not sent my partial refund, and they've had almost a week to do so.

I would potentially find another rage room, as this experience has felt like a waste of money for the price, and you might not even get what...
