Being honest, horrible customer service after the package was out.

One of their employees was kind and helped me with my package so that's a plus but all negatives outweigh it due to the below.

it was my 1st time shipping with them, they lost my midsize package containing flyer content of well over $1k, that was meant to promote a local nonprofit for musicians on the autism spectrum.

Made SEVERAL calls, sent out a letter to their HQ in Washington DC, and put in a Lost & Found.

Despite being a bloodhound with as much respect as possible, no one would contact me about my several outreach.

So far there's still no response about the package itself.

They did get my postal envelope to the location, so my guess is that something happened to the parcel, referring to they damaged it, on site and they refuse to take responsibility for it.

If you use their services do so with a LOT of discretion and being ok if your content doesn't get to where it...

This place is the worst if you are employed. If you ever get a package bigger than your box(sometimes even if it's not bigger) plan on it sitting until Saturday or take a day off of work. On Saturday, make sure you show up for the usually over crowded, pitiful 1 hour window they give you to pick up your package. Oh...And God forbid your package comes in on a Saturday. In most cases, sorting isn't complete by that 1 hour window so your package will probably have to sit another week until the next Saturday. If your miss that one, your package may be returned to sender(I think it's a 2 week hold but am unsure). Maybe shift the hours from 10am - 5pm...Or better yet 11am - 6pm...To give working people an actual chance to get their mail. Is that too much to...

Worst post office I have ever seen. If your package gets delivered, it is not available to pick up until the next business day. Many times I had a package get delivered on Saturday around 6am in the morning, and I wasn't able to pick it up because they wouldn't be done sorting through them until after they were already closed, so I wasn't able to pick it up until monday. They close extremely early, around 4pm, and they are closed during lunch time, which basically means if you're a normal M-F 9-5 working individual, you probably wont be able to pick up your package until Saturday. On top of that, if there are ever 4-5 people ahead of you, get ready to wait 15-20minutes. This place is seriously the worst thing I've ever seen and really needs...
