The clubhouse is beautiful and post Covid will be a fun place to meet friends. The restaurant was great until about 3 months ago. Each time we go the food becomes more marginal. The manager used to come out and chat. He made us feel welcome. Last night we “took out” tuna croissants that were burned so badly you couldn’t recognize them as croissants. This morning we went to breakfast there - we really want the place to stay open and be successful. My husband’s pancakes were completely uncooked and my grits were cold and congealed. I asked the name of the current manager and a man with a work jacket and ball cap sitting at the bar was pointed out. He knew we were unhappy customers and he continued to sit at the bar. When we checked out we had to pay cash, because their credit card equipment was not working. We really regret the decline in the restaurant. We hope they work on their current shortcomings...

Customer service was great and the ambience was okay, to start on a positive note, However wait times were bad, our drinks (2 coffees) were decaf and COLD, and my food was cooked improperly (burger ordered medium rare, came medium well). Waitress said she didn't know how to make coffee but "figured it out". I do not blame her but higher management for not making sure their waitresses are well trained.
The club does have other amenities that are of note, though. Any individual who is not living in Heritage Isle or a friend visiting with someone who does will need wrist tags in order to use some features, such as the pool, complete with a section for laps and a section for leisure, or the...

It is a nice quiet gated (with an 24 hour guard) community. They don't just let anyone in.
Condos, Houses, and Villas are all nice. The landscaping is kept up, and everything looks good.
The clubhouse has soooooo much going on. Gym, Pool Tables, Card Tables, Theater for plays, Dancing, Ceramic classes, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Bocce, large heated pool, horseshoe pits, restaurant, Bar.... and I am sure that I a missing listing something.
