This was the worst experience of my life! Husband and I drove from Kansas City to the lake to purchase a boat. Had to drive another couple hours to purchase a trailer. Spent 12 hours in our truck and we were completely exhausted as we arrived at the condo after dark. It was March 2. Not lake season. Parking lots were empty. We did not see any signs as to no boat and trailer parking. We decided to park the boat up on the hill and made sure we were not any anyone’s way. We were leaving first thing in the morning. Just needed a place to sleep. Get up at 6 am to check on the truck and boat and it was ALL GONE! A 3/4 ton GMC truck and a 27 foot Mariah on a brand new trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I call the police so upset I can barely speak. My worst nightmare! The management of the condos had it all towed in the middle of the night! Unhitched our boat and used 2 tow trucks! We had no way to get to our property and no help from the management! They didn’t even try to find the owners to ask us to move! $417 tow bill! These condos were very nice for our anniversary getaway. We enjoyed it greatly. There are several amenities that would be great for kids, adults and seniors. As with everything in the Ozarks, the whole complex is built on a rather steep hill. With the indoor pool and hot tub at the top. The outdoor pool is located at the bottom overlooking the water, though it wasn't open when we visited. The stairs to the upper condos are rather steep but sturdy. The condo we stayed in was not overly roomy but was laid out well and when you include the outdoor balcony it was great. Though there are much more swanky places in Osage Beach, this was a nice stay. VERY close to the four seasons...

Booked thru Expedia, via VRBO, via Evolve, who referred us to the Property Manager when we didn't have check in instructions or codes to get into the place. Wasn't ideal booking process - but now that we know, it will be easier next time because we will know what to expect. We would stay again. Pool was great!
