Went there last night and had okay service not bad not good Took alittle but and I’m a server so I am understanding. However tonight, 4th of July we were going to a Mexican food next to it to find that it was closed. So we had great food the night before at the office so we went back to the office. Sat down, 10 minutes nothing, given we saw acouple servers running around so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. 15 pass we ask for menus because we had a long day and we’re hungry. 20 minutes pass still weren’t even acknowledged not a word said to us when one of our guys asked for menus the bartender just handed him menus no words exchanged finally 35 minutes since we arrived and still not one acknowledged not one word. We’ve see a everyone run past us. So we clearly understood they were busy (although counted 4 tables full and the bar full) we tried to understand how busy they were and at the end only saw 2 people walking around working. Trust me I understand understaffed I’ve been a server for 10 years but to get no acknowledgement or any words exchanged is upsetting, annoying frustrating and just rude. We would’ve been even more u understanding if we had any words said to us. Also when we walked out the bartender went to a table who came in after use and as we walked out looked us in the eye and said nothing... not even close to 50% capacity of the place just confused...

I’m not one to bash a small business but this place is just awful. I’ve lived at the lake most of my life and have passed by the place numerous times but never had the desire to go check it out. I wound up there once I realized that Sergio’s (a good restaurant next door) was closed. I thought to myself “this place has been here for a minute, maybe it’s worth checking out”; was I wrong! I went in with a group and we ordered their “meat lovers” pizza and the nachos. Their “meat lovers” pizza lacked meat but the worst part was that it tasted exactly like a jacks frozen pizza that can be picked up from the frozen food section of Walmart. The nachos were to be as expected from a dive bar, soggy and almost inedible. The service mirrored the quality of the food. We found ourselves almost choking because we had nothing to wash the frozen pizza down with and it was obvious that the food had been sitting for a while because it was almost room temperature. Anyone that tells you this place is good is either inebriated or their taste buds are completely shot. A jacks frozen pizza isn’t so bad if you’re trashed. The only reason I give this place one star is because I can’t give it zero stars. It blows my mind that the place is still open because I wouldn’t recommend...

We’re from out of town and went here for a quick bite to eat around lunch time. We sat down and ordered drinks. I got a lemonade that was disgusting. I couldn’t drink it, so I asked for water. Our waitress brings me a water but the first thing I see if some gross stuff floating in the water. We tell her, she brings it back but not in a see-thru glass so we can’t look at it. I just didn’t drink it. We ordered onion rings, which were just not good. Then chicken tenders, that were super bland, and had absolutely no flavor, dont get them. All the food my family got wasn’t that good either. We got fries (which is an extra charge) and you can tell they’ve been sitting there for a while. They were not fresh or hot. It has a pretty view, and the bar was pretty busy. Our waitress didn’t really check on us. The bar was pretty much the main focus. You can tell they didn’t really care about us. Dont go here if you want some food. If you want a drink, sure but check your glass. It was also so loud you could barely hear anything. Would we ever come back to this place?...

We came on a Friday night around 6:00 (in February so off season) and it was really busy. A lot of people on the bar side and fewer people on the casual restaurant side (pizza side?). We got seated quickly for how busy it was but was quickly noticeable that they were short staffed. They were very pleasant and nice for how busy they were. However, small things get missed when so busy (plates, small changes in orders, cheese shaker for pizza, etc). Overall, good service though. The food was good but not great. Okay for price point. The atmosphere was noisy from voices with a little background music. Dirty dishes on front counter for over 20 minutes. Overall, a good place but not great. But they are really nice and an okay place to go.

Love this local dive bar!! Servers are terrific. Ask for Kylie.. she is fabulous! Sweet, funny, personable, attentive, took great care of our rowdy group with a smile the whole time. DJ most nights, karaoke and a "jukebox" so there's always music if you want it. You would never guys from the looks, but the food is awesome! The philly cheese steak egg rolls were terrific. Love their pizza. Blackened grouper was wonderful. Cajun pasta is literally award winning and worth the trip alone. Great prices and portions. Casual, fun, hang out. Pool table and darts hidden in the back. Nice view of the lake too.

We ran down for lunch during a conference at the Lodge. The food was very good. Two of us had burgers, and one had the Jole. All of it was very good. I would go again. However, I would not drink here. I ordered a Buffalo Trace and was charged $18. My last bottle I bought was $25 for the bottle. The food was great, but when 1 drink costs more than your food, that is an issue.
