I heard about this place but never checked it out. I texted the main phone number with a question and got an immediate response. Pretty great for a Sunday. So, I decided to check it out. It is a bit off the beaten path, you have to go into the industrial park off of camp Phillips in Weston. Go all the way back or you will not find it. The "Open" sign in the window was not on, but they were open, so don't let that stop you. Parking was easy. I could pull right up.

I was greeted the moment I walked in, and the gentleman showed me right to the twin mattresses I was looking for. There were only a few options. I was looking to upgrade my kid's bed, so I was not interested in the ones that were less than 8". Most of them were less than 11" mattresses. The prices were competitive but I would not say they were "fire sale" type prices. So, I decided that I would go check out other stores.

On my way out, a knowledgeable young lady showed me a nicer 13" mattress in the corner. After some back and forth and a phone call to the owner, we came to terms for $350 for this mattress. I would have expected to see this mattress elsewhere for around $500 so $350 with no return, or warranty seemed fair. For +$25 they disposed of my old mattress. They were well staffed, so two gentlemen immediately pulled my old mattress from my truck and loaded up the new mattress. I was in and out in about 20 minutes all in. If i would have know exactly what I was getting, it would have been a 5 minute stop.

Overall, I recommend knowing what you are looking for before showing up and what price to expect. If they have something similar, the price will probably be lower than you will find elsewhere. But, do not expect to get "fire sale" prices. The prices are lower, and fair, and the service is good and you do not have to wait for it to come into stock. Definitely...

Just bought a wonderful power reclining loveseat! The delivery went very smoothly. The couch is amazing and was handled with care upon delivery.

I do gotta say, the delivery gal kept cutting into our conversation with the saleswoman during the time of purchase & it made me and my ol lady quite annoyed. It resulted in the saleswoman to enter in our address wrong, thus delaying the time of delivery. As she continued to interupt the purchase conversation, she made it quite clear she had better things to do than deliver our couch how we wanted (which was full installation). For someone who has faught for our country and who happens to be disabled and physically cannot do that kind of heavy lifting or maneuvering of such large boxes, she should have paid attention to the costomers needs, as I was wearing shorts and my prosthetic leg was clearly visable. I personally feel like she had no business being part of the sales experience.

Other than that, I do highly recommend the products from Boxdrop. The saleswoman did a fantastic job and was very thorough with our options. Definitely will be shopping there again for furniture...
