My husband had a very positive experience, so he took my 7-year-old son there for a haircut. The front of his hair is uneven, a couple strands weren’t cut, and there’s a chunk missing on the side. I’m shocked professional barbers would let a client leave their establishment like this. I asked my husband if our child had moved or wiggled to explain the poor haircut. He said no—that my son told the barber what he wanted, the barber wanted to do something else, and then changed back to what my son wanted.
