First, scroll on down and count how many comments mention the word "RUDE". So true. They are floating on a cloud ~ since they are the only mexican restaurant and "are making alot of money; and people in Vilonia love them" {owner's quote}! Now to todays issue: First know, this wasn't me but witnessed this: If you choose to dine at this restaurant just know that if the bathroom overflows (and some people have commented of Vilonia having poor sewage problems), THE OWNER WILL HAND YOU A MOP AND MAKE YOU CLEAN IT UP (even if it was not done maliciously or you flushed and went back to your table unknowingly that it overflowed). He will humiliate you in front of other customers by handing you a mop, tell you "you need to put the paper in the trash" "you take too much time in the bathroom". And he don't care if it gets put on fb because everyone in vilonia loves him and he makes alotta money. And smile at you the whole time and stating you have no respect! I have had weightloss surgery and asked if it would ok to have a to go box (I had only ordered a side of beans and rice, small taco salad from the all u can eat, and barely eaten a 1/4 of it. Keep in mind I had confirmed with the waitor that it woukd be ok to get a box because I can not eat alot), she became very rude to me said I need to either order from the main menu or order smaller portions so I don't over eat and i wont have this problem. I understand why they have this in place, because people will take advantage but I even had my medical card proving my situation and she still was very rude to me!! Read moreABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I have ever received from a restaurant. I called to place a order and was talked to rudely. Went to pick up my order and asked to talk to a manager. Come to find out it was the manager that was rude on the phone. So I told him “ you need to learn some better customer service “ his response was “ you need to know what you want and learn how to place a order”... i knew what I wanted, but i guess he couldn’t hear me so he was super rude about it. The owner came in as he was saying that to me. She did not ask what was going on or try to resolve the issue.
