Mr. Venuto knowing that you are the owner of store I would expect better from you. Your claim that you purchased and paid for 6 ranges and made 6 deliveries to me are not really accurate. Letās be truthful, you will return each of them at no expense to you to GE and as far as the delivery I paid for that as part of the original $4700.00 price tag. While I appreciate your apology it does not change the fact that I still have to be inconvenienced shopping for the stove elsewhere. As a person who use to be in sales I can understand a product being damaged. I cannot accept sales people telling me it is not their problem it is GEās problem. That is incorrect, I was your customer and you sold me GE as the best. When I was in sales and something like this occurred I would have had the sales rep from that company on the phone making sure it was handled. Your store and your sales people did not step up.
Will not shop here again!! My first kitchen appliances I purchased from them were great as well as the service so when it came time to replace them it was the first and only place we went. Big mistake...paid top price for the GE kitchen package. The stove came in damaged. It happens...but so did the next 5 for a total of 6. I lost time from work which equals money plus the stress. Was told they would check the stoves prior to delivering, that happened once. When I finally said enough I was basically told oh well its not our fault its GE's, return it which is what I did. You can tell the sales people do not work on commission. They did not care, didn't try to satisfy me as a customer. Clearly they charge premium $$ for dent and scratch items...the delivery person told me I now have the record the old one was...

When we first had an issue, we thought the machine was the problem, so my husband called, and they sent someone out the next day. It turned out to be a plumbing issue, not the washer. A plumber came the following day and fixed our pipes.
However, after the repair, the washing machine stopped working. The agitator made noise but wouldnāt move the clothes. Since it was still under warranty, we called for service. Unfortunately, my husband said the person he spoke with was short and rude, which was disappointing because I had received excellent customer service when purchasing the washer. I believe it was the owner who helped me pick one out.
They scheduled a technician for Friday, so I took the day off work to be home. But on Friday morning, they canceled and rescheduled for Monday. My husband called to ask why the appointment was canceled, and two different people said they would get back to him, but no one ever did.
Because of the second interaction over the phone with the rude employee, Iām now reconsidering shopping here again. I had planned to purchase a fridge and dishwasher for our kitchen remodel, but after this experience, weāll be looking elsewhere.
