J.J was scheduled by my warranty company to come out for the second time on the same issue. When he called me he asked me all these questions regarding how I was loading my washer etc. Told me he didn’t like warranty work and since I have a stacked washer and dryer if the warranty company refused to pay for an extra man he would cancel the ticket. Even though I have had this machine for 5 years with no issues he insisted the problem was caused by the detergent I was using and the way I loaded my washer. When I told him I just needed my washer repaired he hung up on me and refused to cancel the ticket even though he didn’t show up for the appointment. Read moreStarted out great. He called back, scheduled appt, arrived on time. That's where it ends. The issue with the refrigerator was it stopped getting cold and there was a water leak. The ice maker was still working fine. After he needed with it for the diagnosis, the ice maker no longer worked. The water in the door still works so it's not a matter of the water was turned off or disconnected. He replaced the fan motor at a cost of $425 but that did not resolve the issue with the refrigerator not getting cold. After 4 days it still was not cold. I called him and left messages 6 times after that and my aunt left 3 messages over the next week. He never called back again. Now we're going through Sears but have to wait 3 weeks before...

When contacted was rude a referred to her (who he had never met) as “that old woman”. Said he was not going to repair because she was just using it wrong. Finally worked with the warranty people to get a competent person out who fixed it in minutes by replacing the part that had failed. I would not waste your time. Update: here we are again.
