I usually go in for a check up and get charged $100 for the visit and includes lab work. Recent visit, for same check-up , I was charged $700 months later. I wasn't told up front that I would be charged for lab work because they "recently"started sending out lab work to Quest, due to their facility not being upgraded. Asked to speak with personnel that handles billing, and she was no help . Just an apology and said I would have to pay lab work because their facility is not up to date and needs to be upgraded . (Very true, this place does not look like a clinic) Very dirty very unprofessional service, not helpful and the doctor blamed my anxiety on drugs. I don't do drugs. The doctor is great but something about Montwood Medical Clinic as the organization as a whole is bad. You can't schedule an appointment and expect to be seen in or around that time. I have had to wait two hours on different occations to be seen and that's having an appointment. And that's waiting in the waiting room not even in the screening or waiting room to see the doctor. On two other visits to get a CT scan I had to go to the clinic, wait two hours one day and one hour another day just to be told that they haven't got approval for the CT scan. Two days wasted. Such a bad experience I went in to get my physical done for sports and was waiting for over an hour (it was only this family and myself in the waiting room) for a procedure that takes like 10 minutes which they didn’t even do right . The service is not only bad but there so under staffed there was only two workers when I went and one of them was just sitting there listening to music while the other one did everything.
