Dollar General — Local services in Viola

Several years ago the Viola location was in complete shambles. It has gradually gotten better and better since Angel became the Manager. She is a hard worker and the staff there currently is much better; some are more helpful than others but overall better. Still a bit understaffed at times but much more organized now. The store is disgusting, shelves are never stocked and you can hardly get up and down any isles. There is always trash on the floors, and you can expect to wait on a cashier at the checkout for at least ten minutes. The Viola Illinois Dollar General is over stocked and understaffed. Generally cluttered, shelves are either empty or overstocked, alot of stock in carts that are not on shelves , isles not swept, trash cans full, seems in total disdisarray.
