Since this is a public posting the access to the theater is limited. The theater has been upgraded and can show 3D as well as digital movies. All tickets are $3.00 each and if your on a budget for $10.00 you can easily afford a ticket, popcorn and a soda to enjoy a night out. FREE movies are also offered for individuals and families to enjoy. I suggest you arrive early for more seating choices and shorter popcorn lines. Over the years my family has seen at least 100 movies at this theater. You will not be disappointed if you join us. Parking is close and handicapped accessible is no problem at all. The bathrooms are newer and well cared for. This is an MWR facility and the staff are friendly and respectful. The theater is cleaned between multiple movie showings. This theater only has one movie screen but that has never deterred folks from coming and enjoying a movie night out. The lobby area was recently rennovated. I'm a severely disabled veteran in a wheelchair and I'd recommend this theater to my brothers, sisters and family members who have earned and sacrificed to enjoy a family night out. If you are single do not hesitate to join us because you are part of our extended family. For movie selection and location Google Gator Theater on the web. Come...
Read moreIt is really annoying that the theater keeps using latex gloves. Which means I can’t buy anything here. Granted the drink machine is ALWAYS broken and the popcorn is usually burnt. Which makes for a bad combo when you don’t have drinks available. But for a $5 movie it isn’t too bad. Just need to sit as close the screen as you can as the volume is going out and isn’t loud at all. The screen is also really small so sitting closer adds to the viewing experience. The theater is kept nice and clean. Just remember it is a cashless theater so don’t accident bring cash. They cut payroll so usually have 2 employees working and they are always at the concession stand. They have you pay for your ticket at the concession stand even if you aren’t buying food. They did leave up the original payment stand which confuses lots of people. They start to line up at the old stand where they are use to paying not realizing your have to go to the...
Read moreFive stars? Yes 5! It's an on base MWR theatre so I'm rating based on that not comparing to brand new theatres out in town. For $14.75 my son and I got two drinks, candy and popcorn to share. That price included the two tickets as well. Plenty of seating to keep distance. It's a HUGE auditorium. I've seen concerts here in the past. Everyone wears masks and the facility is very clean. Check their FB page or website for times and they show free movies...
