I emailed the owner asking if I could set up an appointment for a birthday party to come and get our pictures taken and she said that would be fine and needed a credit card to hold the reservation. Allyson said she would contact me to get that set up but never did which is totally understandable, everyone gets busy! The day of the party we got our vehicles together and drove two hours to get there and we were, unfortunately, late (to an appointment I wasn't even sure existed since it was never confirmed). She said she had another appointment and said if they didn't show, she could do us. We sat around for awhile but decided to just walk around and enjoy the town since she was SO BUSY with other clients. Again, no fault of hers that we were late or she was busy, that's how life goes sometimes we were OK with it. She emailed me asking where my group went and I explained that we decided to just walk around and enjoy the town since we saw that she was so busy. The reason for the 1 star review is that later she emailed me a saying I was rude for not checking in with her, etc. I was shocked. The whole reason people do this sort of thing is for a good experience. We definitely will not be returning to get our pictures taken in the future.

Update: Even after I apologized that it didn’t work out, she kept sending me rude emails, it almost felt like she was harassing me! So crazy! I can’t believe someone could treat another...

This place specializes in taking old time photos! There are two places on this block that provide this service. We were a group of 30, mixture of babies, toddler's, kids and adults. We went to the first place, and they told us we would have to wait until 5pm (it was 3pm) and they quoted us over $150 just to take the photo and then additional for photo packages. This place charged us $150 for EVERYTHING! Taking the photo, 3 5x7 photos and a USB. Plus, they took us right away with only a 15 minute wait! I mean it was a wonderful experience! The costumes were awesome with a variety of sizes! Our photographer was so patient and kind as well as her assistants. I mean my toddler was not cooperating and she still managed to get a great shot! We inquired and were told 30 minutes. We went in to sign up and were told we don’t need to sign up but to come back in fifteen minutes. We waited the fifteen minutes and sat outside the studio on the benches by the door, for almost another 15 minutes, waiting for people ahead of us to be done ( they were there prior when we asked to sign up) another family walked in and they said they can get them in and started helping them choose outfits. We then walked into the studio and the same lady who told us to wait 15 minutes didn’t even acknowledge us. We simply left.
