Great if tenting but very limited for hammocking. Beware that on weekends, you may be rudely awakened (at 5am) by various loud hiking groups (in my case a college group)who are unaware of people camping out. Close to gravel road, so you'll hear cars and trucks at all hours. Water source nearby if you have a filtration method. Would've been an awesome spot if it...

I love camping at Hog Cam Gap! When you want to glamp, you can't go wrong here. Plus, it has a beautiful sunset and it's a short hike to the top of Cole Mountain if you want to see the sunrise! Oh, Mount Pleasant is right...

Amazing camping spots everywhere! Absolutely gorgeous spot. It is right on the road so you will get large groups of people but other than that this is hands down my favorite camping spot...
