Great shop has many awesome items for parties but there customer service is horrible you walk in and aren’t greeted at all I ask a employee a question if they are able to do personalized piñata and instead of a responds she laughs and says no and walks away. Little shops like this are hard to find it’s really a gem but unfortunately your employees who are representing your brand can tarnish it ! Please train your employees customer service from a simple hello welcome to a simple alternative when customer ask questions...

Variety of good products but products terrible service. You don't get that welcomed feeling as you walk into the store. When I asked for a price on a product the attendant seemed bothered by my asking. The person that was also visiting the store with me felt the same way. Hopefully they improve on their customer service they do have a great variety...
