We hired their food truck for a company party. Estimated 70 people. They sent the details, which included 2 hours service time and $8 per ice cream/churro cup. I asked if we went over 70 churro cups if they would bring extra of whatever we needed and pay the balance for them at the end. They answered yes. They were contracted to serve from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. They showed up at 7:10 and needed time to set up. They opened the window at 7:22 and I asked if they were ready, which they answered, "No, I need more time and can I get some tacos, I haven't ate dinner." So I said sure and led her to the taco truck we had for the event. They asked if they could trade tacos for a churro and she ignored them and ordered 5 tacos. (I later told them to go get a churro cup on our tab.) She started serving about 7:30pm. At 8:15 my husband ordered a churro cup and she told him, "I am done." I went out to ask her what happened. Her window was shut and she was packing up. She said I passed out 70 churros and I am done. I asked if she had also passed out 70 ice cream cups and she said no.I proceeded to tell her that she is not fulfilling her contract and I had specifically asked if there was more than 70 would she continue to serve. She also hadn't even been there an hour yet! I was so confused and asked if something happened and she said no. When I explained everything and showed her the texts reminding her of our conversation and the contract and she said, "I know, I was the one you were texting." Then she started apologizing and said she will stay. At that point I was so confused and the whole thing was weird, so I just said you can stayed packed up and go. My husband had to back up her trailer for her and she left. I was still charged the whole amount. Beware if you are planning an event with them. I would get everything in writing and have them sign it before paying anything or just find...
Read moreWent here on a Tuesday afternoon. Parking on the street, however it is limited, so you may wanna consider parking at the public parking lot across the street from the Post Office and Chase on Acequia and Court. Place wasn't busy.
I was greeted when I stepped in. I ordered a small horchata with a mini concha, whipped cream and sprinkles on top. The horchata was very flavorful, and the concha was delicious. Sweeter than most conchas I've had, which is a plus.
Overall a great place to bring friends and family to hang out. The set up is really nice and welcoming. I've been to their truck before. The service and drinks are exactly as good. I highly recommend...
Read morePlease come and enjoy. There is something sweet for everyone. I had their coffee ice cream with caramel drizzle and it was wonderful (I like strong flavors). My husband's churro a hit, and both my littles thought their ice cream (one had cookies and cream & the other had strawberry) with rainbow sprinkles was "awesome" The atmosphere is lovely, simple, and clean, but the small space can get loud quickly (my children are a part of that). I would recommend stopping in for a treat and taking a walk down main street under the tree lights. It's the perfect ending to an...
