I was referred here by Victoria Alvarez she’s one of the night students, I’m really grateful that I took her recommendation because my hair feels like brand new like virgin hair. The front desk lady Ana was very helpful in getting me set up for a deep condition and scalp treatment. The young woman who touched my hair was Veronica, let me just start off by saying she is definitely a rare gem, I got to know her a little in that little time frame and she definitely provided me with great customer service, answered all my questions about the products they use. Christopher was also very kind to make customer engagement by asking me what I had planned and hyping me up for an event I was about to go too, he also gave me great info on questions I was asking like why my hair has so much volume now etc. I also felt like there was great engagement with Natalie, Christian, and Ashley (along with Vero, and Christopher) we all kind of started talking about beliefs, especially mine and I felt no judgement there, it felt like a great positive space for me, you know usually at hair salons you kind of just want to tell the hair stylist everything that’s going on in your life and this made me definitely get comfortable here. Let’s just say my experience was beyond what I expected customer service was great and my hair, man my hair words can not explain how great it feels I got my hair done on a Friday, and it’s Tuesday and my hair still feels great.
