I am express my extreme dissatisfaction with the home I purchased from your company. While the buying process was unexpectedly smooth, the subsequent delivery and post-delivery experience have been deeply problematic.
My home was delivered with numerous defects, including holes at the bottom that allowed pests such as bugs, rats, and snakes to enter before I could even move in. It took two months for these and other significant defects to be addressed. For instance, the front, back, and sliding doors did not close properly for months. Additionally, when your team attempted to repair the damaged kitchen floor, they used unmatched flooring, which only worsened the issue.
It has now been one year and three months since I moved into my home, and the kitchen floor has still not been replaced. My doors remain in terrible condition, and I am now facing the significant expense of replacing the entire door frames and doors for both the front and back. These issues have also led to consistently high electricity bills. I am also anticipating a substantial cost to redo all the flooring.
Despite paying a high mortgage, I continue to incur significant out-of-pocket expenses for these necessary repairs. I am disheartened by the lack of concern from your staff after the purchase was complete, including the owner with whom I supposedly spoke about my issues. The individual responsible for work orders has been extremely rude, and my sales representative seemed to lose all interest once the commission was earned.
Furthermore, my experience with the manufacturer's one-year warranty was equally frustrating. Despite multiple visits, they failed to properly fix my front and back doors, seemingly opting for cheap repairs instead of replacing the door frames and doors. They gave me the runaround until my warranty expired, ultimately failing to repair my doors or replace my floor. As a result, these costs are now my responsibility.

   Read more03/26/2021: Update: They said that we were going to be getting our money back in 14 business days. That was on03/04/2021 and I havenât received my refund. My husband called twice. On the first call they said âoh we cannot help you because we are doing inventory and Nick is not availableâ and the second time they said they would call back and never did. My realtor called them and they said I was going to have my money today and I have not received anything. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust this people with the most important purchase of your life.
3/4/2021: Sadly, a very bad experience. At the beginning every was great George answered all of our questions, showed us the houses we fell in love with the drake/mega drake and put our earnest money.They lie and lie to you. They say they said something they didnât and they are very rude people, specially Nick!! They try to sell you and tell you they can do anything for you with a very low 3-5% down and then they say no you have to pay 15% down. After that, they said they submitted to other lenders and they got my info mixed up with my dadâs and what he had told George (our rep) he wanted. After a week, I got calls from two lenders saying they did not entered our dob and entered my dadâs email. My dad was getting the emails from the lenders for more info ( info that they already had and shouldâve submitted) and also a pre approval letter. And when we told them we didnât felt comfortable Nick said that we got denied and told us that it was our fault because we should have reviewed what we were signing, which we DID. Then he said he spoke to me directly and he had been talking to my husband this morning, and told me to read, which I sent him screenshots, since he wanted to change the story on the denial.I do recommend to do your research, because now we have to wait 14 days for our refund. They need to learn how to treat their customers.

The BEGINNING....
Renee made a lot of promises but couldnât deliver. It was hard reaching him and he always forgot to submit papers until we called and was told oh yeah I got busy (for 2-3 days) Iâm doing it right now.
We just requested our money back and went elsewhere...
The general manager told us the refund was processed and to give it a few day but when asked about a confirmation number or proof of refund his response was âIâm the general manager, if I say it was refunded then it was refunded. He also stated âHE SUBMITTED THE REFUND HIMSELFâ he LIED, he LIED so CONFIDENTLY like A PROFESSIONAL LIAR.
I called back that Monday to speak with someone else after demanded to get a confirmation and was transferred to an accountant in charge of refund (THE GENERAL MANAGER DOESNT EVEN PROCESS REFUNDS ONLY THE ACCOUNTANT) she was very very kind and processed the refund while I was on the phone with her and even provided a transaction number for the refund and an email confirmation of a processed receipt. She informed me she was in meetings and was NEVER sent a refund request for our account. She kept me on hold to acquire on our file with RENEE AND THE PROFESSIONAL LIAR and everything was a breeze from there.
Long story short, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.... THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP YOU FROM WITHDRAWING FROM THEM SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY LONGER.
They even took our picture the 1st day we met with Renee like we had already gotten approved. We did not go through them but they still kept our picture saying CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW HOME... itâs all a scam to get people in there door.
Someone from their office will comment on this to cover their butts but please know people like them are always ready to persuade a good...
