My rental car overheated when we were at Fort Loudoun State Park, after driving down from New Jersey for the Great American Eclipse. After filling the car with whatever water we could find, we limped down the road and stumbled upon this store, right as it was about to close. Matt, whom I believe to be the owner, came out and saw us. He stayed over 40 minutes past closing to ensure our fluid level were correct, fitting us for a new radiator cap (which had been lost), and washing off the excess fluid which had splattered all over the car. He was a life-saver! I couldn't recommend this place more, and Matt helped make our eclipse experience even more memorable with his friendly attitude and willingness to stay long past normal closing time. Actually I normally don't venture away from my auto parts store because they know me I can order online with discounts and such. But I decided to save the trip and see if it cost me anything more. Well it cost me nothing to go here but saved a long drive and the young lady that helped me was pretty good too. The only thing that bothered me was she answered the phone and never got to thank me just handed my change back and then the other employee and a customer stared me out the store like I didn't belong so I will probably not go back unless I have no choice. I purchased a 50 in Toro Timecutter online at the Toro online store and selected the parts store as my dealer. Let me tell you that these people are excellent. They went above and beyond. My mower arrived off the freight truck and wasn't there more than 2 days before it's now in my driveway on a Saturday. Everybody I talked to on the phone was more than helpful. The owner was super nice and brought it to my house. I cannot thank you all enough and since I love my Toro machines I will not be going anywhere else but The Parts Store for my purchases.
