My son is 6, and just beginning his Pokémon card-collecting journey. Spencer and Olivia were so kind and patient with him, answering all his questions, gently explaining the game rules, and even helping me as a parent understand how to play alongside him. They remember his name, give him small extras, and even offer him a discount when he buys cards with his own money. Their warmth, generosity, and personal touch are unmatched.
But it doesn’t stop with the owners, the entire store community is incredible. Other adults who shop there have surprised my son with cards, encouraged him, and made him feel special. Cards and items i’ve ordered always come neatly and carefully packaged; they even throw in some free candy with every order! Even if you don’t get a hit on your card packs, they’re kind enough to donate from their collection that way everyone gets at least something. Your hits even come in a free case!
