If you’re considering renting a pontoon on the mighty Mississippi, this is your place! Jojo and Desiree were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Communication throughout the process was terrific. The check-in process was easy and convenient. Jojo and Des even rolled our cooler and personal belongings to/from the boat. JoJo’s instructions were thorough and their suggestions for a great day trip were appreciated (the Pickle Factory was a great lunch recommendation - thanks Desiree). We've rented a lot of stuff from a lot of companies over our years on family vacations so we have pretty high expectations. Dan and Joe Joe at Pool4Adventures were top notch and amazing to work with. From ease of rental to filling out waivers, everything was smooth and professional. The pontoon we rented was in fantastic shape with tons of storage, seating, etc. A great sound system as well. Joe Joe took us for a spin to show us the ropes and then we were off. The pontoon worked well and we had zero issues. The experience we had with Dan, Abbie, and the rest of the Pool 4 team was phenomenal. We rented the 18' Bay Boat and the 18' Starweld, and both boats were in great condition and functioned flawlessly for the entire 5 days of our rental. The crew was at the dock each morning to greet us, and were there every evening to make sure our everything went well. For anyone wanting to spend some time on Lake Pepin or the Upper Mississippi River and are in need of a boat or pontoon, I would high recommend you check out Pool 4.
