Wife went to return saddle before two weeks and it was stored inside perfect condition. They only allow saddles to be returned within the first 3 days. It says this on the receipt. Most would not think to look in first couple days for return date, you almost always have two weeks for anything. Only could receive in store credit. Store staff was kind upon purchase. So...
