Purchased washer/dryer from them (used) - process was easy.

4 months later, our washer broke. We had a technician check it out, and found that there was a crack in the plastic tub due to the way it was installed (see pic - the tabs should not be touching anything, but here the tab is installed on top of a frame. Tub is screwed in, so it cannot move or twist in any way, meaning that it was installed incorrectly).

After calling Hinsverk's, they insisted that I bring it in (when we are located 90 miles away). I asked if they could take a look at some pictures before I bring it in to see what they can even do about this issue. He said the same thing many more times, insisting that we bring the unit in, giving his guys something to do. I told him where I was located, and he figured it was 90 miles away. I told him 90 miles each way is not a short distance and that I did not want to drive that distance unless I knew potentially what he would offer to do for us. He said it could potentially be $50 towards the next machine there, IF they can salvage anything.

I will probably not purchase anything more from them, especially if used, since they did ensure me that they inspect all used units before selling. We use this machine maybe once a week, usually more like once every month as this is for guests that come to our guest rooms - very light loads as well (few towels). Most likely will purchase only NEW items from now on as this kind of thing is not worth the...

It was the worst experience of my life. We bought a used washer and dryer from them and were informed that they had ran both machines a full cycle to make sure they worked. When they delievered the machines, the dryer would not fit in my door and told me "they would go back to the store and pick out another dryer for the same price I paid for the one that wouldn't fit" they had delivered them and insatalled both machines. Two hours later they called saying the dryer they put in was more expensive than the first one and I would need to come pay for it. I obviously refused and they agreed it was on them. So, I started my washer and it flooded my whole apartment causing damages. When they came to look at it I was informed that "the matinence man who put the washer together, pinched a hose so it wouldn't drain". Two days later.. my dryer stopped working. They came and fixed it and insisted it was because my vent was not cleaned out. So I had my vent cleaned out. Not even two weeks later it broke again. They still blamed me. So I fixed it and now it's broke again. So i am on my way to buy a new dryer from...

Extremely disappointed in this business was purchasing a used freezer I communicated and they didn't very well. They told me a time frame to be there to pickup and pay for it and I was there but they were no shows. I drove three hours round trip and wasted my time and gas for these clowns. Well waiting there a older lady came to saying she had a time frame to drop off something and she wasn't happy as the new fridge was scratched during delivery I do not recommend this...
