While Mr. Trisko was alive, amazing jewelry and only good things to say about him. We had a tiny side stone fall out of a ring we bought a few years ago and he replaced it for the shipping cost only. But today, dealing with the guy from Baltimore who always accompanied him, he wanted $300 and tried to claim it had been hit which would be impossible to determine from 3 feet away-you'd need a loop to see anything and he didn't even examine the ring. That's not a good business practice and I'm fairly sure will be a sign of things to come. We have bought many, many pieces from Trisko. Unique designs and excellent quality. I noticed that some of the negative reviews are repeat postings from relatives. Hmmm! Think maybe there was a deliberate attempt to lower review score average? Strange that ALL the other reviews were 5 star! Kind of...
