I ordered a power vacuum from Dwight/Dwayne(?) for my lawnmower in the SPRING. They were back ordered and I wanted to make sure to have it for this fall. He told me he’d call me when it came in this fall. Haven’t heard a word from him. I’ve left multiple messages and keep calling but no one will return my calls. I’m 99% certain they sold my vacuum to a random customer or kept it for themselves. If that’s not the case a simple returned phone call would clear that up. Fall is here and I’d like my product but it doesn’t look like that’s going to be happening. As a business owner I am extremely unimpressed with the communication, follow through, and honesty with my experience here. I like to keep things local by purchasing within the community but am regretting that this time around. I’m sorry to say I won’t be bringing any of my business to this company...
