I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We live in Illinois. Our daughter was traveling to Iowa City and had car trouble on Interstate 80. I found B&D Automotive online and directed her there. She had to leave her car there overnight and I called the next morning to make arrangements for repair. From the first call with Cory, our experience was great. Even though we did not have an appointment, they agreed to look at the vehicle right away that morning. The car trouble caused my daughter to be in a bit of a bind but B&D not only diagnosed the problem but had it fixed by early afternoon. They communicated well and handled everything professionally. We experienced vehicle issues (engine misfires) on a long road trip. We stopped and were immediately helped by the staff at B&D. They were prompt and professional. They began work on the vehicle and quickly had the issue diagnosed and repaired. The cost was minimal. The entire process from start to finish was less than two hours, which included having to wait for two parts to be delivered from an auto parts store. If you have any vehicle issue I would highly recommend B&D.
