Night Owl — Local services in Walcott

We have had DSL service with Century Link for over a decade. During the last few months, our Internet connection would go down at least every other day for brief periods. Last Sunday it went out completely along with the whole town. Calling technical support is a painful process because they only know how to go off of a script (did you reboot your modem, blah blah blah). While most people's internet came back on Monday, ours did not. After another call to technical service, we we were told it would be over a week for a technician to come out. Since our kids' homework (Google Drive) depends on an internet connection that was unacceptable.
